Amiya Kumar Sahoo
Director & Chief Executive Officer
A results-driven international commodities trading professional with 15+ years of experience in global procurement, sales, finance, and strategic management across Africa and Asia.
Specialized in the international trade and supply of key mineral commodities including manganese, chrome, coal, iron ore, nickel, copper, aluminum, and other critical minerals. Experienced in managing multi-million-dollar cross-border transactions, global logistics, trade finance structuring, and long-term supply agreements.
Currently serving as Director at Swiss Group and Heng Huat Resources Group, leading business expansion, global sourcing, risk management, and international partnerships.
Previously contributed to strong commercial growth across multiple organizations, including delivering 10% profitability improvement, expanding market share to 60%, and achieving 50% business growth in prior leadership roles.

Hara Mohanty is a Singapore-based Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and CPA Australia Associate Member with 25+ years in finance, general management, and digital transformation across mining, commodities, FMCG, semiconductors, cloud computing, and AI/RPA. Since 2019, he has driven sustainable growth at Heng Huat Resources Group, leading value-chain development for chrome, manganese, iron ore, copper scrap, and coal, with safety, community initiatives (Heng Huat Foundation), and partnerships in South Africa, India, China, Dubai, and Italy. Founding Director of Heng Huat Mines & Mineral Petroleum Timor Leste LDA. Advisor at InnoMethods Pte Ltd (since May 2024) for AI/digital efficiency.
C S Krishnakumar
Strategic Business Development & Chief Representative Officer (Indonesia) Heng Huat Resources Group
C S Krishnakumar is a Jakarta-based senior executive with over 35 years of leadership experience in mining operations, HR strategy, business development, greenfield project setup, organisational transformation, digitisation, and talent management across Indonesia and India.
He currently serves as Director Strategic Business Development and Chief Representative Officer for Heng Huat Resources in Indonesia, driving regional strategy across ASEAN, China, India, APAC, USA, and Europe, with a focus on expanding mineral opportunities in Indonesia and Timor-Leste.
At PT Manoor Bulatn Lestari (PTMBL), he spearheaded HR strategy, talent acquisition, organisational design, and digitisation initiatives while successfully scaling the greenfield coal mine in East Kalimantan to 6 million MT annual production. As Sr. VP & CHRO at Essar Group, he led large-scale HCM implementations, managed compensation & benefits, succession planning, and organisational redesigns — notably restructuring Essar Power post-asset monetisation, converting Essar Construction into SBUs (EPC sector), and supporting M&A in Realty and Oil & Gas.
Earlier in his career, he gained extensive expertise in Petroleum Retail, Convenience Retailing, Loyalty Program Management, and Network Development. At Bharat Petroleum (1991–2005), he established 23+ convenience stores, launched the PetroBonus loyalty program, expanded PetroCard membership by 65,000 customers, and built strategic alliances with major FMCG brands. At Reliance Industries (2005–2008) as Head of Loyalty Marketing, he designed and launched loyalty programs that grew the customer base beyond 1 million and developed the Highway Plazas retail network.

Prasanna Kumar Jena is a Singaporean technical expert with 35+ years in preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance, installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and offshore operations across power, marine automation, geophysical surveying, and industrial machinery. Current Technical Manager at GE Power Singapore Pte Ltd (since Jan 2020). Previously Senior Manager at Fuji Automation (marine systems, ISO/HSE) and Senior Operation Manager at Fugro Survey Pte Ltd (2008–2016, offshore geophysical/hydrographic surveying in Southeast Asia with sonar, multi-beam, sub-bottom profilers). Certified Shipyard Safety Supervisor (lifetime). Delivers reliable, compliant technical solutions with strong risk assessment and offshore/marine expertise.
Sushovan Dash
Vice President – International Trade
Sushovan Dash is an Indian HR & Operations professional with 15+ years in Strategic HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HRIS implementation, and employee lifecycle management across Oman, UAE, and India. Currently Vice President International Trade at Heng Huat Resources PTE Ltd (South Africa-based), overseeing mineral operations, strategic growth, business development, talent support, and international expansion. Previously Head of Human Resource Operations at Muscat Overseas Group (Oman, since Jan 2020), leading HRIS migration from SAP to Zoho. PGDM International Business (ASBM), B.Com (Hons), SAP SuccessFactors trained, Six Sigma White Belt. Excels in compliance, talent management, digital HR transformation, and aligning HR with mining objectives.

Sanjay Gattani is an international business leader with 30+ years in carbon markets, energy trading, mining, commodities, steel, and logistics. As Director at Heng Huat Resources Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), he oversees international trading and mining operations in energy/mineral commodities, driving partnerships and expansion across Asia and Africa. Founder & Director of Carbon Credence Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) and CEO & Director of PT Karbon Bhumi Pertiwi (Indonesia). Uno Iqbal is a seasoned international business professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in India-Japan relations, cross-border coordination, and strategic partnerships. Based in Tokyo, he brings deep expertise in business development, venture coordination, and stakeholder engagement across Japan and Asia.
As Chief Representative for Japan at Heng Huat Resources Pte Ltd, he will lead market expansion, strategic alliances, and business development initiatives for the Group’s chrome, manganese, and mineral operations in the Japanese market.
